Very nice early German MG-3 (soft) mount suitable for the MG-42 machine gun. Many prefer this mount for recreational use when shooting their MG-42 machine guns as these mounts are lighter and more manageable than the traditional Lafette tripods. Green web carrying straps are present with this mount as well as clear optical periscope. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish extremely fine original green paint. Leather covers somewhat worn yet in serviceable condition. Optics are clear. JWK 2024-05-108
