Circa 1951. Barrel is finished in brilliant high polished blue with gold bands at muzzle and breech. Sporting sights. Receiver exhibits near full coverage, factory style engraving. Left side has a classic scene of a pair of gold inlaid squirrels on a branch with gold borders and lush foliate scroll. Right side has a trio of gold rabbits with further foliate scroll and gold linework. Bolt has light crosshatch pattern engraving. Slide handle is checkered walnut with "D" factory style oak leaf and acorn carving. Pistol grip stock is of very fine figure with "D" pattern carving, a WRACO grip cap, and plastic WRACO butt plate. Includes a hang tag. CONDITION: Excellent. Nearly all of the blue is retained throughout with some cleaned freckles and handling marks. Stocks are likewise fine. Fine, bright bore. Smooth mechanics. A very attractive .22.
