Japanese. Made by Alps. Battery-operated and working. Some minor wear to area where battery door opens and closes and some minor discoloration inside the battery box. Also, one minor stress line to the side of the face mask. Includes original box and insert with some wear to the edges and the area where the something has been erased. Also, one corner side panel has a 1" x 1" piece of paper missing. Toy (Near Mint) Box (Very Good - Excellent).
