Japanese. Made by Linemar. Working. Original lid to the powder compartment and it appears to be unused. Toy has just minor scratching where the lid tabs into the top of the head. Includes original box with some tears to the front lower face but most of the paper litho is complete. Box also has a 1 - 1/2" x 1" piece that is detached from the side panel but is present. Box bottom has one corner that has come unstapled and has one small tear.
Condition: Toy (Near Mint - Mint) Box (Excellent).
