This is a very early soda fountain syrup dispenser with an interior area for ice and soda. It has original hardware with original graphic showing a cardinal on the front and marked for the "J. Hungerford and Smith Company" out of Rochester, New York. The top lid is embossed "The Consumers Cooler Company" from Chicago, Illinois, The dispenser is complete and has a great early look.
