Bottle looks to be unopened, the seal is marked "Spring 1924". The bottle says "Antique Whiskey Fall 1913" and "For Medicinal Purposes". Sold during the Prohibition era, and dated 7/24/24. Comes in original box which is marked "Antique Spiritus Frumenti". Box lid is detached but present, some tearing to box.
