DSP. C. 1930s. CONDITION: Sign is in as-found condition, found sunk in a river. Fair color throughout, showing areas of removable dirt staining and grime on each side. Moderate chipping in the field with one hole at the center. Wear along the outer edges with age wear on the metal ring. A unique find in as-found condition.
