Steel blade marked "KRONECK / ERNST ERICH WITTE / SOLINGEN" exhibits nice cross graining with scattered blemishes. Nickeled guard and pommel with a pleasing patina. Leather washer present at guard. Center swelled wood grip with RLB insignia that exhibits patina with intact enamel. There is a repaired chip in the guard at the pommel. The dagger is complete with its black painted steel scabbard that features a nickeled throat and drag. The scabbard is clean overall with scattered light blemishes and retains its original leather hanger with nickeled fittings. Clip is marked "OLC". Hanger exhibits surface cracking but remains intact. CONDITION: Very good.
