French Model MLE 1842 percussion rifled musket with Arabic marked lock. Rifled musket barrel with military sights and bayonet lug. Possibly made by or for use by one of their Arabic colonies in North Africa. Full military wood stock with two stock bands and steel hardware. Steel ramrod. CONDITION: Heavy usage marks with metal turning a silvery patina. Missing rear sling swivel. Shootable bore with good mechanics. DLM
