Lot consists of: (A) Halfstock Kentucky style rifle decorated with brass tacks and wrapped in hide indicating possible American Indian usage. Full octagon rifled barrel with rifle sights. Percussion lock with double set triggers. Walnut halfstock with brass hardware and 2 German silver inlays. Original hardwood ramrod. CONDITION: Aged patina with light pitting and usage marks. Small chip out of wrist area. Dark bore with good mechanics. (B) Trade type smoothbore rifle with half octagon barrel with rifle rear sight. Parker Field & Company dated 1861 flint lock with single trigger and elongated trigger guard. Northwest Trade Company "Sitting Fox" proof. Walnut stock with brass tack decorations and trade style brass serpent lockplate. CONDITION: Overall good with some restoration. Brass has been cleaned and aged. Wood replaced under trigger guard. Wood has been cleaned. Lock works but does not make correct contact. Dark bore. DLM
