Caliber .38-40 W.C.F., Barrel length 24". This standard Winchester Model 1873 was manufactured in 1890. Features: full octagon barrel, full magazine, blued finish, sporting sights, walnut stock, rifle butt plate. All metal surfaces are a smooth brown patina. Original stocks are very good, proud to metal, with the usual bumps and some grain separation. Muzzle shows heavy wear at crown. Very good rifle bore, fine action.
