German external hammer drilling with side by side shotgun barrels over rifled barrel, made in Germany by Timner, Coblenz in 1924. 27" blued Nitro Steel barrels with matted rib and barrels marked "TIMNER COBLENZ" on either barrel at breech. Blade front sight with flip up bead and rear flip sight when rifle is selected. Barrels are 16 gauge with 8x72R caliber rifle barrel, fit with extractors. Engraved external hammer action with light floral engraving, double set triggers (front set), Greener crossbolt and side clips, steel trigger guard, and tang rifle shotgun selector. Checkered walnut pistol grip stock with cheekpiece, standard comb and horn buttplate and engraved bullet trap. Matching checkered splinter forearm with latch release. CONDITION: 90% original blue with some edgewear and freckling. Action has traces of original finish. Wood has traces of original varnish. Good shotgun bores with rifle bore having some rough spots. Good mechanics. DLM
