Barrel length 22", 7.92 Mauser (8mm). Duel-code built by Karl Walther, this is a wood stock model. It has the special receiver with dovetail for telescopic sight. This sight rail is machined into right sight of breech. Magazine has a 10 round capacity. Features: one piece laminate stock with wooden hand guard, blued finish. Stock remains in excellent condition. Frame and barrel are basically a grey patina. It has original military sights. Left side of frame has the AC 45 Mauser code. It is stamped "G43" and "K43". The Nazi Waffenampt stamped on left side of frame. Bolt number matches frame. Stock is in excellent condition and the rifle has an original leather sling. It comes with an original, Nazi marked, blued 10 round magazine that retains approximately 95% of original finish and is stamped "awj" as well as "K43" and a Waffenampt stamp, all on left side of magazine. All original finish on metal and wood with near mint bore. According to Darren Weaver in his book Hitler's garrand on page 351 approxmantly ten known examples.
