Classic configuration of the Straight Line target pistol S&W made between 1925 and 1936, referred to as the Straight Line as the hammer moves in a straight line rather than a pivot. Pinned front sight, adjustable square notch rear sight. "Smith & Wesson" on left side of barrel, " 22 LONG RIFLE CTG" on right. Frame with "MADE IN U.S.A." on right and S&W trademark on left. Serial number on bottom of frame, bottom of barrel where frame lug sits, and latch. Left grip with "115" pencil marked on interior, right grip is frozen to frame. CONDITION: Overall excellent, retaining the vast majority of the factory bluing with some minor marks from handling and storage throughout. Most offensive marks on left side of muzzle, and right side of barrel assembly ahead of rear sight. Grips excellent. Mechanically fine, bore is excellent with strong rifling and a few spots of minor oxidation.
