This is a Kimber of Oregon Model 82 Government Target Rifle in .22LR. This rifle was designed for the US Military as a training rifle. This model was produced from 1987 to 1991. It has a 25" heavy target barrel including scope blocks, oversized stock, and weighs 10 - 3/4 lbs. This rifle was sold by the CMP. This rifle remains in as new never fired condition as purchased and is in original box with all paper work. These rifles are getting exceedingly difficult to find and would be investment quality U.S. training rifle.
