Extremely high condition, likely unfired FLEMING registered Beretta AR-70 machine gun complete with bipod and one original 30 round magazine. Fleming converted and registered many machine guns prior to May 1986 when this could still be accomplished. This “Model 70 Sport” is one such registration with small, “FLEMING FIREARMS O’VILLE, OK” neatly marked on right side of lower receiver. Three position selector “S, A, 1:” on left side. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish near excellent, probably unfired with mint bore and bolt. Composite furnishings also near excellent. Bipod does a couple scratches to its black enamel finish. This is a select-fire machine gun. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4. JWK 18-109
