Pre-86 Dealer Sample Mini Uzi manufactured by IMI and imported by Action Arms out of Philadelphia, PA. Metal components retain a matte black finish. Receiver is mounted with 2-piece grooved black plastic grips and a matching forend. Left side of the receiver is marked "MINI UZI/ 9mm PARA" above the serial number. Bottom is marked "ACTION ARMS.LTD/ PHILA PA/ IMI ISREAL". Lower trigger assembly is marked "A", "W" "S" on the selector. Features include a side folding stock, standard Uzi front and rear sight, as well as a 7 - 3/4" ported barrel. CONDITION: Metal components retain the vast majority of their matte black finish, exhibiting a few areas of light wear, which show through to silvering, as well as a few minor chips and nicks to the finish. Mirror bore, with well defined lands and grooves throughout. Bolt shows some superficial wear, with the bolt face showing evidence of firing. Grips are very good, showing few minor handling marks. Between the 1960s to the 1980s, the Uzi line of submachine guns were sold to more military and law enforcement agencies than any other submachine gun ever manufactured, proving its efficiency and reliable in the field. The Uzi continues to be a popular choice among shooters within the collector market, making this a very attractive example for one to utilize for both tactical and recreational shooting.
