1662523 Caliber .30-06, Barrel length 24”. Barrel is dated 6-43 “SA”. Rifle manufactured June 1934-September 1943. Bolt drawing number is D28287-112SA. Heat lot number in S-C 4 with diamond. Type three lock bar with rounded ends rear sight. Has an uncut No. 6 op-rod with short fork follower. Has a serif “P” in circle on wrist. Left side of stock is stamped “S.A. E. Mc F.”. Has the checkered buttplate with trap and slotted head gas port nut. Trigger guard and floorplate are a mix of parkerized and brown patina, as is rear handguard band. Balance of gun has 90% original green parkerized finish. Stock is excellent with a couple of usual dings. Inspector mark is faint. ME reading is 2 and bore is shiny. Comes with period green canvas sling.
