This Class 500 register has a copper oxide finish with "Empire" patterned castings. It rests upon an oak base with double drawers. The upper marquee advertises "A.W. Gerhardt". The original manufacturer tag on the underside of the cash drawer dates this register to 1912. Model No.552-2C, Serial No.1146988.
