DSP. A tough to find sign from William Penn. Both sides show fair color and gloss with some light chipping throughout the field on both sides. Some heavier wear is present along the outer edge and at the flange. There are a few areas of discoloration, as well as some surface scratching which may clean up some. A hard to find piece of advertising.
