Japanese. Made by Kayo. When activated, battery-operated robot moves forward with mystery action while the arms swing freely and the dome on head illuminates. Robot has three different modes and each time it stops the head turns from side-to-side while the loops on the ears rotate. One minor chip on the green chest plate.
