Lot consists of: 12 different types of unusual types of plates from MASSACHUSETTS. Most are self-identifying, but a few need some explanation: both the "MTA" and the "T" are used by the Metropolitan Transit Authority, the "S-1" plate is issued to state-owned vehicles and this one is issued to the Governor, the "Grand Old Bay State" is not a government-issued plate but rather a booster plate. Condition on most, with two exceptions, is excellent.
