Colt produced 89 revolvers in 1958 in this configuration and it was only the second year they offered nickel finish. Only 1,396 were made from 1957 to 1974 making it a fairly scarce item. CONDITION: This example shows no signs of cylinder burn or use. There is a light drag line from playing with the action but otherwise, near new in and out with minor handling marks and fitted with a pair of real stag grips. Someone has engraved the name "Howard" on butt. Near mint bore and action.
