Lot consists of: (A) 28" half octagon barrel, caliber .32-40, serial number 712. No sights. Barrel well marked. CONDITION: Strong rifling, pleasing mix of blue and patina with sharp legends. Forend is finely checkered and excellent condition. (B) 27-1/2" half octagon barrel, .22 rimfire. Hooded adjustable front sight sans any discs. CONDITION: Clean rifling, 95% reapplied blue finish, sharp legends. Finely checkered forend in excellent condition with holes for palm rest. (C) 30" half octagon barrel, caliber .22 WRF, serial number 10934, 1907 patent rear sight and globe front sight with disc. CONDITION: Strong but frosted bore, 85% original blue starting to drift with some minor freckling in spot. Sharp legends. Plain non-checkered forend is excellent. (D) 26" half octagon barrel, .25-20 Stevens caliber, serial number 10808, Rocky Mountain front sight. CONDITION: Strong rifling but frosted and needs cleaning, sharp legends. Plain forend is excellent. (E) 30" half octagon barrel, .22 short rimfire, serial number 10259, no sights. CONDITION: 90% blue. No front sight but has slot, no rear slot as tapped for scope. Sharp bore. Fine checkered walnut stock. A great lot to build some custom single shots.
