Lot consists of: (A) Savage Model 1899 lever action rifle with Savage hard rubber buttplate. CONDITION: Fair overall, some original blue remaining. 3-1/2" x 3/8" section of wood missing from right rear of forend and large gouge on bottom of forend. Stock is sound with no visable cracks or splits; scattered dents and scratches. Pitted bore. (B) Savage Model 99A lever action rifle with 3-9 variable power scope and steel buttplate. CONDITION: Excellent overall with nearly all original blue finish and case color on lever. Near mint bore. Nearly new wood with light scratches. (C) Savage Model 1899 lever action rifle, 22-inch barrel, chambered in .250-3000 Savage and steel buttplate. CONDITION: Good overall; 75-80% original blue on barrel, traces of blue on frame, and traces of case color on lever. Dark pitted bore. Stock is cracked in two places at tang.
