This famous .44 was introduced in 1959 and this gun dates to the first series of guns made through 1973. Full blue high polish finish, six shot, no flutes, ramp front sight with target rear, target hammer, squareback guard and fitted with genuine Ajax stag grips. CONDITION: There is a drag-line, light muzzle wear, thinning on back-strap with remainder of factory blue intact. Grips are excellent. Bore and action are fine. Revolver comes in a very rare genuine Ruger mahogany display case with red liner that was only used until serial number 4500.
