Made with 30" Damascus barrels that have matted rib and brass front bead. Splinter forend with ebony Dog's head at center and ebony tip is checkered in point pattern. Action is engraved in typical Grade II pattern with light scroll and marked "L.C. Smith" on sides. Capped full pistol grip buttstock is checkered in point pattern and terminates with a lined HRBP. Made with DT, extractors, and three position auto safety. CONDITION: Good to very good. Barrels retain about 70% original pattern. Receiver retains about 30% original color and is starting to tone and stain. Stocks, which are sound, show thinned checkering and retain most of what appears to be their original finish. Bores with some beginning frosting, but quite good for a gun of this vintage and use. Mechanics are fine. JSL
