Rifle stamped "J. Butler & Co Chicago, Ill". Full octagon rifled barrel with rifle sights with end turned for bullet starter. Percussion lock marked "Golcher" with double set trigger control. Walnut half stock with German silver furniture. Original hardwood ramrod. CONDITION: Metal turning to a plum color patina. Wood has original varnish with heavy usage scratches. Good bore with good mechanics. DLM
