This machine is believed to have been manufactured by the Standard Gum Machine Works as the patent date of 1907 matches their other "Blinkey" machines. A classic vending machine where once the coin is inserted and plunger pushed, the figural face on the front blinks as the gum is dispensed. Cast iron front and base with a sheet metal body. Most of these machines that have traded hands in the last 20 years have done so privately, and this example is the first to come to auction in some time. Condition shows some paint loss to the Blinkey face as well as the other painted components, however the machine is original and works as designed. Has key.
Condition: (Good - Very Good).
Item Dimensions: 18" x 8" x 8".
