The Kone Klutch dispensed either four 1¢ stamps or two 2¢ stamps for a nickel The US Post Office was not yet perforating rolls of stamps and this machine utilized these un-perforated rolls. This machine utilizes a guillotine mechanism to cut the stamps when vended. Usually with a postal scale on top, this example is in very nice original condition, with a great front decal and original beveled glass and very little signs of use. Appears to be in working order. No key.
