Marlin Model 1893 special order lever action magazine rifle made by Marlin Firearms Company prior to 1906. Blued special order length 32" full octagon barrel with folding globe front sight and rear adjustable buckhorn sight with barrel threaded for Maxim silencer. Case hardened receiver marked on top "Marlin Safety" with blued full tubular magazine and plain trigger. Walnut plain buttstock with steel crescent buttplate and plain walnut forearm with case hardened nose cap. Hard to find rifle in a hard to find caliber of .25-36 Marlin. CONDITION: 90% blue with some light freckling. 90% fading case colors with action having 3 added holes on top. 80% varnish with buttstock showing some crazing with some light scuffs and dings. Good bore and mechanics. DLM
