This is a figural tobacco cutter in the form of an axe, advertising Battle Ax Tobacco. CONDITION: There are areas of original blue paint and pinstriping. It shows the original Battle Ax decals to the wooden base. It is fully operational, and it has no cracks, breaks or repairs.
