Lot contains: (A) Pre World War II Artillery Officer’s Full Dress Cap with leather visor, decorated with a row of gold wire embroidered oak leaves and gold wire direct embroidered eagle insignia. Cap band with red center with gold bands, gold chin strap attached by two-piece eagle buttons. Silk interior lining, celluloid sweat shield marked "N.S. Meyer, Inc. New York" and leather sweatband show no wear. CONDITION: Excellent condition. (B) 1912 Cavalry Officer’s Full Dress Cap with leather visor, decorated with a row of gold wire embroidered oak leaves and gold wire direct embroidered eagle insignia. Cap band with yellow center with gold bands, gold chin strap attached by eagle buttons. Black cotton interior lining marked "The M.C. Lilly Co Columbus Ohio". CONDITION: Cap is in very good condition showing moderate service wear, leather sweatband is re-stitched. (C) Three World War II Period White-Topped Dress Caps each decorated with a row of gold wire embroidered oak leaves on the wool faced visors. Basket weave bodies, leather sweatbands, one head lining maker marked by "Bancroft", second "Berkshire Deluxe", third is unmarked. CONDITION: All in excellent condition. (D) Post World War II White-Topped Dress Cap decorated with a row of gold wire embroidered oak leaves on the wool faced visor. Basket weave body, head lining maker marked "David Wong Co Zama Japan".
