Lady's 18k white gold pink spinel and diamond ring set with 1 rectangular cushion cut natural pink spinel weighing 5.62cts, and 66 mixed round brilliant and tapered baguette cut diamonds with an estimated total weight of 1.21cts. Stamped "18K" inside shank. Ring measures 18mm x 16mm at top, and has a gross weight of 7.4 grams. Finger size 8 1/2. Accompanied by 2 original appraisal reports.
