Ladies' 18k yellow gold sapphire and diamond ring consisting of 1 oval cut blue sapphire measuring approximately 8.5x10mm, weighing 4.95cts surrounded by 10 round brilliant cut diamonds each measuring 3.2mm in diameter with an estimated total weight of 1.20cts. Finger size 7 - 1/2. Marked "750". Width at top measures 18mm. Gross weight 6.9 g.
