Ladies' vintage 18k yellow gold opal and diamond cocktail ring set with 13 cabochon natural white opals, largest measuring 10mm in diameter, and 36 round cut diamonds with a total weight of 1.00cts. Ring size 8 1/2. Overall the ring measures 1" in diameter, and stands approximately 3/4" tall. Gross weight is 14.8 grams. Marked "18K" inside shank with an "S" enclosed within a 6-point star.
