The 28" heavy blade has fine watered Wootz pattern throughout and characteristic Sosun Patah shape. The heavy hilt with guard is finely Damascened with silver flowers and gold highlights. The scabbard with faded velvet undoubtedly renewed. This blade has one of finest, clearest and most consistent kirk narduban (ladder) patterns we have seen, from the hilt right up to the blade’s tip. Spectacular! CONDITION: The blade is in fine condition, with pattern visible throughout. The hilt is in fine condition with expected wear and minor corrosion.
