Excellent and clear optics. A fine Revolutionary War period ship captain's or officer's 8-sided single draw telescope nearly identical to those made by renown London maker Dolland. Measures 13-7/8" closed and 23-1/2" fully drawn. CONDITION: The optics are remarkably good for a telescope of this age. The mahogany barrel shows a few light storage marks and still retains its original red finish. Measures 13-7/8" closed and 23-1/2" fully drawn.
