18K Gold Patek Philippe for Tiffany & Co., Swiss Open Face Slim Pocket Watch with Presentation, Circa 1924. Case double-signed, numbered and stamped "18K" with hallmarks, having presentation engraved inside back cover, dated 1970. Movement double-signed and numbered. There are a few small fleabites to crystal with very light scratches to case back, otherwise in excellent condition.
