Patek Philippe 34mm Hunting Case Pocket Watch in 18K Yellow Gold. Case is signed "D&D" inside, and is beautifully decorated with hand engraving, and monogrammed with the initials "SLS". The dial has a few very fine cracks, and a small chip at the 6 o'clock position dial screw. The hands are slightly bend, and the crystal is missing. The cuvette is marked "No. 22295 Patek Philippe & Co. A Geneve". Watch stops and starts, and is in need of servicing.
