18k yellow gold ruby (3.09ct) and diamond (12 pears @ 4.50ctw) ring accompanied by an original GIA ruby origin report. (See additional website images for report specifications). There are a few small abrasions present on the ruby, otherwise in excellent condition. Ring size 6. Width at top measures 19.5mm. Gross weight is 12.0 grams. Marked "18K".
