First edition. Great book which details various Supreme Court rulings beginning in 1920 affecting Copyright Infringement and Trademark protection of the Coca-Cola company, detailing numerous claims against other companies that mimicked their brand. Also includes many nice color plates inside the book comparing the Coca-Cola various logos and products with the imitators. Some medium wear and soiling to the outside of the book, fairly crisp inside.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
