Depicts Santa Clause on the front with a bag of toys with Batman and Robin and says "Seasons Greeting". This comic lays flat and is tight to the staples. The cover is bright and clean and retains some gloss. The back cover is clean and advertises Daisy air rifles. The pages are off-white to cream. There is a 1/2" smudge on page 15, a 3/4" tear on page 32/33, and a 1/2" tear and fold crease on the top edge of the back cover.
