Golden Gloves Light Heavyweight medal won by Cassius Clay in the 1958 Louisville tournament. The medal is 1-1/4" x 1-3/4" and features a boxer on a gold base metal attached to a red, white and blue ribbon. The reverse is inscribed "Louisville Golden Gloves Light Heavyweight Champion 1958" (Cassius Clay). There is an additional hang tag stamped from the desk of Joe Martin that reads "1958 Golden Gloves Medal Won By Cassius Clay Light Heavyweight Champion". There is a letter from Ali collector Peter Markovian detailing the sale from Joe Martin. Letter of Opinion from Craig Hamilton.
