Unlike most horse race-themed trade stimulators, the Official Sweepstakes relies on a roulette wheel to determine the odds and the racing/spinning horses determine the winner. .CONDITION: This particular trade stimulator is the gumball version in its original condition. It has original paper labels and paint to horses, as well as the stadium background. The wooden case shows moderate wear with areas of scuffs and scrapes to the original finish. It is missing the tilt pin and has the key.
