C. 1960. Taylor Mfg. Mr. Top Gun is a novel quickdraw Western showdown game requiring the player to draw, cock his revolver, and shoot Mr. Top Gun in a bullseye on his chest before he shoots back. Mr. Top Gun has a player holster with a six-shooter gun facing a full sized manikin gunfighter. An 8-track tape played the gunfighters voice as it would entice the player into a fight. Examples: "You got me You ornery coyote" or "You couldn't hit a barn a mile wide," etc. When Mr. Top Gun's eyes flashed it was time to draw. If you shot him in the chest with the light beam pistol before he shot you, the manikin would scream and then his eyes would light up. Three tries per coin. There was also a timer that showed how fast the player shot. CONDITION: A complete example with all the hardware and electronics. The Mannequin has been re-dressed and his look could be improved with more age appropriate western attire. A very rare game, and great fun to play.
