C. 1901, Colby Specialty Supply Company. Lung testers were outlawed in New York shortly after 1906 due to the spreading of disease. This machine offered players the chance to test their lung strength by blowing into the mouthpiece, as well as the opportunity to win cigars by shaking the dice. There are two different coin entries, depending on what component of the machine the patron wanted to try. CONDITION: It has a great aged look to the cabinet. It has the original front casting, dice and replaced award card.
