After William Gent Mfg. produced the first Grandmother Predictions in the late 1920s, International Mutoscope Reel Co. quickly followed suit with the release of their own version in the early 1930s. This fortune teller features a tiger oak cabinet with aluminum front castings and decorative nickel plated cast claw feet. With the 1st wave grandmother figure which, admittedly, isn't as visually appealing as the subsequent figures made for this machine. Very minimal wear is present throughout. The red and gold glass signs on the front and sides show spots of oxidation in the golden lettering, with a crack in the front pane. Two keys are provided.
CORRECTION: With the rare 1st wave grandmother original head figure which, is haunting.
