DSP. Maker mark "Property of AAA." C. 1950s AAA Hoosier Motor Club Emergency Service double-sided porcelain sign. CONDITION: Side 1, has good color throughout, with minor fade to the gloss. Sign shows areas of surface scratching and surface staining, as well as a minor chip in the porcelain on the outer field. The outer edges of the sign also show areas of porcelain loss and staining. (8.75). Side 2, also has good color, with minor fade to the gloss and minor ghosting to the red outer ring of the sign. The sign has one area of porcelain loss in the outer field, as well as porcelain loss and staining on the outer edge. (8.9). Overall, a terrific presenting piece from the iconic Hoosier Motor Club.
