Presidential Land Grant signed by Andrew Jackson as President and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. 1 page dated August 1, 1831 and officially grants Samuel Radferd a plot of land in consisting of 79 acres in Alabama. The document was matted and framed and measures approximately 31" x 18". Fold lines are exhibited with scattered light soiling. Signature exhibits fading but remains legible. Displayed with a period engraving of the 7th US President. The document comes with a James Spence Authentication Full Letter of Authenticity. CONDITION: Good.
